How do I launch a routine from my screen?
On iOS: Long-press an empty area on your Home Screen until the apps jiggle. Tap the + button in the top-left corner, search for Cadence, choose your preferred widget size, and tap Add Widget.
On Android: Long-press an empty area on your Home Screen, select Widgets from the menu, scroll down to find Cadence, select your widget size, and drag it to your screen.
Why aren't my routines syncing between devices?
iCloud and Google Drive sync rely on your active, authenticated account:
- iOS: Ensure that you are signed into your iCloud account on both devices, and that iCloud Drive is turned on under your system Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → iCloud Drive.
- Android: Make sure you are signed into the exact same Google account in Cadence settings under the Cloud Sync menu on both devices.
How do I cancel my Cadence Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple and Google. We cannot cancel them on your behalf:
- iOS: Open the system Settings → tap your Apple ID [Your Name] → Subscriptions → tap Cadence → tap Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon at the top right → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → tap Cadence → tap Cancel subscription.
