Welcome to Cadence: Routine Checklists. By downloading, installing, or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Cadence: Routine Checklists is a beautifully minimal, branch-aware procedure runner application intended to track and run routines that matter to you. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

We do our best to keep Cadence reliable, but we do not guarantee it will work for every single use case. Please do not rely on Cadence for time-critical, safety-critical, or medical procedures without backing up your routine steps using secondary methods.

2. Age Requirements

The app is designed for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you should use the app only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Cadence offers some features for free, and additional premium features via a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase ("Cadence Pro"). All purchases are processed by your platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms:

• Subscriptions (monthly or annual) automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions).
• If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
• Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment and remain active on your account indefinitely.
• All purchase refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google; we do not process refunds on our own servers.

4. Intellectual Property

All visual designs, branding elements (including the "Cadence" and "Cadence: Routine Checklists" wordmarks), layouts, graphics, custom icons, code, and other intellectual property in the app belong to the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that violates local or international laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or steal source code from the application.
• Exploit any bugs or glitches in the application.

6. No Warranty

Cadence is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including loss of data.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the app after we post updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
