Welcome to Updraft. By downloading, installing, or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Updraft is a single-player arcade cave-flyer game intended for entertainment purposes. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Age Requirements

The app is designed for a general audience. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to data processing, you should use the app only with parental or guardian supervision.

3. In-App Purchases

Updraft may offer optional in-app purchases, such as Remove Ads, the Snack Pack, and the Mega Bundle. All purchases are processed through your platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their terms.

• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or platform policy.
• You are responsible for managing your purchases and parental controls.
• Restore Purchases is available where applicable to recover previously purchased content.
• Purchased cosmetics, themes, and Remove Ads status are stored locally by the app.

4. Advertisements

The free version of the app may display advertisements, including interstitial ads and rewarded ads that provide optional in-game benefits such as reviving a run or doubling coins earned from a run. Ads are provided by third-party services (Google AdMob) and are subject to their own terms and policies. Purchasing Remove Ads removes interstitial advertisements. Optional rewarded ads may remain available.

5. Daily Cave

Updraft offers a Daily Cave based on a calendar-day seed. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Daily Cave feature at any time. Online leaderboards are not currently provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Updraft, including graphics, skins, themes, sounds, music, cave generation logic, gameplay systems, and code, is the property of the developer and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that could harm or disrupt the service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app.
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.
• Automate gameplay or use scripts to interact with the app.

8. No Warranty

Updraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Daily caves, store items, ads, purchases, and other features may be modified or removed at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including loss of in-app progress, local data, or purchased content.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the developer's jurisdiction.
