Welcome to WordSum. By downloading, installing, or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

WordSum is a word puzzle game intended for entertainment and educational purposes. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Age Requirements

The app is designed for a general audience. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to data processing, you should use the app only with parental or guardian supervision.

3. In-App Purchases

WordSum may offer optional in-app purchases, such as Remove Ads, word pack unlocks, tile skin unlocks, hint packs, and a bundle. All purchases are processed through your platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their terms.

• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or platform policy.
• You are responsible for managing your purchases and parental controls.
• Restore Purchases is available where applicable to recover previously purchased content.
• Consumable purchases such as hint packs are used up when consumed and cannot be restored.

4. Advertisements

The free version of the app may display advertisements, including rewarded ads that provide optional in-game benefits such as reviving a run. Ads are provided by third-party services (Google AdMob) and are subject to their own terms and policies. Purchasing Remove Ads removes interstitial advertisements.

5. Daily Puzzle

WordSum offers a free Daily puzzle available once per calendar day. The Daily puzzle is the same for all players on a given day. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Daily puzzle feature at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in WordSum, including graphics, tile designs, sounds, puzzle logic, word lists, and code, is the property of the developer and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that could harm or disrupt the service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app.
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.
• Automate gameplay or use scripts to interact with the app.

8. No Warranty

WordSum is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Daily puzzles, leaderboards, and other features may be modified or removed at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including loss of in-app progress or purchased content.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the developer's jurisdiction.
